A Greek Restaurant Between Preston, Blackpool and Lytham
Kirkham sits right in the middle of the Fylde. Here's how to get to us, and why it's worth the trip.
If you live in Preston, Blackpool or Lytham St Annes and fancy Greek food, Kirkham is closer than you might think. Dine & Dessert is on Market Square in the centre of town, roughly halfway between Preston and Blackpool, with a Greek grill, a cocktail bar and a desserts counter all in one room.
Why make the trip
We cook proper Greek food from scratch: chicken gyros and souvlaki marinated in house and cooked on the grill, lamb koftas, homemade moussaka, slow cooked beef stifado and lamb kleftiko. There are sharing platters built for two, handcrafted cocktails, Greek Mythos beer and locally produced Lytham Gin at the bar, and then Belgian waffles, cookie dough and portokalopita to finish. Portions are generous and prices are fair, which our Google reviewers mention again and again.
From Preston
About 20 minutes by car along the A583. Or take the train: Kirkham & Wesham station is on the Preston to Blackpool line, a short ride out of Preston, and it's about a 15 minute walk from the station to Market Square. Taking the train means everyone can have a cocktail.
From Blackpool
About 20 minutes by car via the M55 and A583, or hop on the train towards Preston and get off at Kirkham & Wesham. A quieter night out than the town centre, with food that's worth the short journey.
From Lytham St Annes
About 15 minutes inland by car, through Wrea Green or Warton. An easy choice for a midweek tea or a Friday night when you fancy something different.
From Wesham, Freckleton, Warton and Poulton
Wesham is next door, and Freckleton and Warton are under 10 minutes away. Poulton-le-Fylde and Garstang are 20 to 25 minutes by car.
Parking on Market Square
There's short stay parking on and around Market Square and longer stay parking in the town centre car parks off Poulton Street, all a couple of minutes' walk from our door. Full details are on our find us page.

- Book for Friday and Saturday nights. Walk ins are welcome the rest of the week. Book a table online, call 01772 672935 or WhatsApp us.
- Check the hours. We're closed on Mondays, open from 4pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 1pm Friday to Sunday, until 10pm.
- Coming as a group? For six or more, ring ahead and we'll set the table up for you.
- Delivery only reaches Kirkham and Wesham, so if you're further away, come in and eat with us or order for collection on your way home.
